Watching GTA 6 on Kick is free and takes about a minute to set up. This guide walks you through finding the Grand Theft Auto VI category, browsing streams in your language, following the creators you like and getting ready for launch day.
The timing first. Confirmed Rockstar Games releases the game on 19 November 2026 for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S, so full GTA 6 gameplay streams can only start that day. Digital pre-loading opens on 12 November 2026 (Rockstar Newswire), which is why many streamers will be set up and waiting before the clock runs out. Until then, the category carries trailer reactions and news talk, mostly around the Launch Trailer Rockstar released on 15 October 2026.
Step 1: Open the Grand Theft Auto VI category on Kick
Go to kick.com in a browser, or open the official Kick app, and search for Grand Theft Auto VI. The category is listed as Grand Theft Auto VI (GTA) and lives at kick.com/category/grand-theft-auto-vi. Do not confuse it with Grand Theft Auto V (GTA), the separate category where today's roleplay streams run. On launch day some creators may stay in the GTA V category for a while, so if a streamer you follow is missing from GTA VI, check their channel directly.
If you prefer a bigger screen, our guide to how to watch Kick on TV and mobile covers the official app, casting and tablet viewing.
Step 2: Browse live streams and filter by language
Inside the category you see a grid of live channels with thumbnails and the viewer count Kick itself reports for each stream. Kick's GTA audience is unusually international: the biggest GTA channels on the platform stream in Arabic, Portuguese (Brazil) and Spanish, with English creators alongside. Scan titles and language tags to find a stream you understand.
Our GTA 6 Kick streamers by language directory groups the leading GTA creators by language so you can jump straight to them.
Step 3: Follow your favourite streamers
When you find a creator you like, click Follow. Following is free but needs a Kick account. Followed channels appear at the top of your feed and can notify you when they go live, so on 19 November 2026 you are not scrolling through a crowded category to find them.
Not sure who to follow? The best GTA 6 Kick streamers page lists GTA channels with sourced ranking notes from Streams Charts.
Step 4: Save your own launch-day list
On our homepage you can tick channels in the "Channels to follow" list to save a personal list. It is stored only in your browser (localStorage), needs no sign-up and sends nothing to us or to Kick. It does not show who is live; for that, use the follow button on Kick.
Is watching GTA 6 on Kick free?
Yes. Watching streams on Kick costs nothing. A free account is only needed to follow streamers, chat or get notifications. You do not need to own GTA 6 to watch other people play it, which is a big reason launch-day streams draw such large audiences.
One practical warning: Kick also hosts a large Slots & Casino category, and some creators who play GTA also run gambling streams. Kick added an option to opt out of seeing gambling streams (esports.net), and it is worth switching on if you share a device with younger viewers.
What about Drops and Twitch?
Two questions come up constantly: will Kick have Drops for GTA 6, and should you watch on Kick or Twitch?
No GTA 6 Drops campaign has been announced. Kick has had its own Drops system since November 2025, but the only GTA Drops so far were Rockstar's GTA Online campaigns on Twitch. Treat any "Kick GTA 6 Drops" claim as a rumour until Rockstar or Kick announces one.
The details are on our pages about GTA 6 Kick Drops and Kick vs Twitch for GTA 6.
Catch up after the stream
If you miss a stream, Kick clips and channel VODs let you catch up. We explain how they work on the GTA 6 Kick clips and VODs page. Third-party VOD downloaders are unofficial and can be unsafe, so watch through Kick itself.
That is the whole process: open the category, filter by language, follow your creators and save your list. For launch-day timing by region, read our news post How to watch GTA 6 launch day on Kick, or go back to the GTA 6 on Kick homepage and the GTA 6 on Kick FAQ.
